Walsh Awarded Prestigious Silver TIDEmark Award for Diversity & Inclusion

Walsh is delighted to have been awarded a Silver TIDEmark for our approach to Diversity & Inclusion. Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation (TIDE) is eneiā€™s (Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion) assessment evaluation and benchmarking tool. It measures an organisationā€™s approach and progress on diversity and inclusion with scoring awarded for eight areas including; Your Workforce, Strategy and Plan, Leadership and Accountability, Recruitment and Attraction, Training and Development, Other Employment Practices, Communication and Engagement, and Procurement.

Having submitted our data for the last year, Charlotte Orme, our HR department lead undertook a rigorous interview as our diversity and inclusion processes were verified by the enei.

All TIDE entries are benchmarked against all other entries each year in the TIDEmark. The best entries are awarded bronze, silver, and gold TIDE awards. Gaining a silver award sees our DE&I activities being benchmarked against organisations like NHS Trusts, County Councils, Eli Lilly and Capita.

“Weā€™re delighted to receive this award as recognition of our commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion. We fully appreciate the importance of diversity and inclusion in sustaining a happy and successful company. We continue on our journey, working with enei to strive for a fully inclusive culture and diverse workplace.”
